WIPES & SERVERS

ROB RUN wipes: know what survives the Federal Raid

Understand ROB RUN's Federal Raid, the documented seven-day cycle, what resets and what carries over. Separate fresh-server openings from your server's wipe.

ROB RUN’s Federal Raid resets plots, bases, weapons and cash. Cosmetics, player name, tutorial progress, settings and accumulated jail time carry forward. The official documentation describes a seven-day cycle, while the developer’s FAQ notes that cycle lengths may change.

A fresh-server opening is not the same event as a wipe of an existing server. Do not use an opening schedule as a countdown for the world you are currently playing in.

What resets and what stays

Progress typeDocumented outcome
Plots and basesRemoved at the Federal Raid.
Weapons and cashReset as part of the cycle.
Cycle progressionConverted into jail time and authority under the documented system.
Cosmetics and player nameRetained.
Tutorial progress and settingsRetained.
Accumulated jail timeRetained.

This is the carry-over list supplied by the help center, not a claim that every item or account feature has been independently tested. If you need a precise rule for something outside the list, check the current developer information before treating it as permanent.

Banked money still belongs to this cycle

Theft protection and wipe protection are different. Laundering makes banked funds safe from thieves for the current cycle; it does not preserve your bank balance through a Federal Raid. The same distinction applies to a base that survives ordinary attacks: avoiding a raid does not exempt it from the scheduled reset.

When choosing whether to save or spend, think about what the money can do during the remaining cycle. Our recommendation is to buy around a specific plan you can use, rather than assuming unspent currency is permanent account progress. The money guide explains the cash-to-bank process.

Fresh-server opening times are a different schedule

The launch announcement lists these planned daily openings:

RegionAnnounced fresh-server opening
EU17:00 UTC
East US20:00 ET

The plan is for at least one new server per region per day, with additional servers opened when needed. Those times describe starting new worlds, not resetting every existing world simultaneously. ET is left in the developer’s stated time zone; do not assume it always has the same UTC offset.

Check your current server’s information and the latest announcements for its applicable reset. This page intentionally does not display a live timer calculated from an unknown start time.

Prepare a useful restart plan

The following is planning advice rather than a hidden reward checklist:

  1. Note the earning activity you learned to complete reliably.
  2. Identify which purchases helped that activity and which were unnecessary.
  3. Review the base requirements before trying to repeat an old cash-based rental route.
  4. Expect fresh-server Police equipment to differ from a mature server’s loadouts.
  5. Keep the beginner guide handy for the first-session sequence.

Knowledge of the route helps with a restart even when the possessions used on it are removed. Preparing that route is more reliable than building a plan around an undocumented conversion rate for wealth, jail time or authority.

If progress disappears unexpectedly

First determine whether a Federal Raid occurred and confirm that you are using the intended Steam account. If the loss still appears unexpected, contact support with your UID, player name and the approximate time it happened.

This guide cannot inspect your account or establish that an individual loss was a wipe. Use official ROB RUN support for an account-specific investigation, and avoid sharing login details with unofficial sites.
