ROB RUN E-0101 / E-0110 concern failure to download startup configuration, E-0102 concerns blocked or damaged downloaded data, and E-0201 means an established game-server connection was lost. Kefir gives different first checks for these failures, so use the exact code rather than one generic connection fix.
This page addresses those network and download branches. It does not provide a live server-status feed or claim that a particular disconnect proves a developer-wide outage.
E-0101 and E-0110: check ordinary connectivity
The official first check is your internet connection, including whether websites load correctly. If ordinary browsing also fails, that is useful information to resolve before changing the game installation. If browsing works, record that result rather than assuming it proves every game connection is available.
Our suggested comparison is to note whether the failure happens before entering a world or after an active session. That separates a startup-data problem from the lost-session case below. Retain the exact displayed code and the approximate time for any later report.
E-0102: check guest-network and filtering conditions
Kefir identifies guest Wi-Fi with an authorization page, proxies and antivirus/firewall interference as possible causes of blocked or corrupted startup data. Its listed options include trying a home connection without a sign-in page, disabling a proxy, or temporarily pausing HTTPS scanning.
Start by identifying which condition actually applies to your connection. If you can test a trusted home network, compare the same game launch there. For security-software diagnostics, inspect the relevant filtering setting and restore it after any temporary test; do not disable all protection indefinitely. Record which comparison changed the symptom.
E-0201: distinguish a lost session from startup failure
This code describes a game that was already connected and could not restore the connection after losing it. The developer’s first actions are to check the connection and restart ROB RUN. It is a different point of failure from downloading the initial configuration.
After restarting, note whether you can enter a session and whether the same disconnect repeats. A successful relaunch does not establish what happened to possessions during the interruption. For missing progress, consult the wipe and progress-loss guide rather than inferring an account outcome from the network code alone.

Recognize when another workflow applies
A file-verification step is specifically relevant to E-0124 asset loading and to other code families in the full lookup. An outdated-client message also requires the update branch, not repeated changes to your network. Authentication errors have their own Steam/EOS workflow.
For a code-free loading or freezing problem, Kefir separately recommends restarting the game and Steam, checking graphics drivers and verifying Steam files. Use those general checks when they match the symptom; they do not prove that every network failure is a corrupt installation.
Send support a reproducible description
Include the code, time, whether the failure occurred at startup or during a session, the connection type and any proxy/filtering comparison you performed. If available, include the UID from the Esc menu and a screenshot. Keep passwords, login codes and unrelated private network information out of the report.
No port-forwarding rule, router reset, global outage or guaranteed repair is asserted here. The aim is to identify the documented branch and give official support concrete evidence when its first checks do not resolve the issue.
