ROB RUN item unlocks: check the Shipments requirements

Unlock new goods in ROB RUN through the Shipments tab. Check settlement-level and jail-time requirements, then separate unlock eligibility from buying an item.

Open the Shipments tab to check how to unlock new goods in ROB RUN. Kefir documents two possible requirements for specific items: the settlement level where your base is located, or accumulated jail time. The item’s current requirement is the starting point; owning cash alone does not establish eligibility.

This guide covers access to goods, rather than transporting physical shipments. For hauling, sale and vehicle restrictions, use the cargo guide.

Open the correct menu

The official help gives two ways to reach Shipments: press H, or use the side menu. It identifies the desert, Lenny’s Motel and Looty Bay as places where this menu is available. If your controls have been rebound, use the menu route instead of assuming the default key still applies.

Select the item you actually want and read its displayed requirement before changing your base or spending money. Our recommendation is to record the item name and the unmet condition together. That makes it easier to distinguish a progression requirement from a purchase or interface problem.

Check the base and settlement condition

Some goods require your base to be in a settlement of a particular level. That concerns the location of your base; it is not the same as having visited a higher-level area or belonging to a clan with territory elsewhere. Compare the wording on the item with the settlement containing your actual plot.

Do not move property on the strength of an old unlock list. First check the current requirement, then review plot rental and document rules. The game distinguishes a plot, a settlement and a district. Those labels should not be treated as interchangeable when interpreting an access condition.

The developer’s Base Management announcement independently describes goods and equipment availability as depending on home-territory level. It supports the progression distinction, while the Shipments help article supplies the exact menu route.

Check the jail-time condition

An item can instead require accumulated jail time. Check that condition separately from your available cash and current property. The official unlock article supplies no universal threshold for all goods, so this page does not publish one.

The Federal Raid guide explains the documented carry-over of accumulated jail time and the reset of possessions. That distinction matters when planning progression across cycles. It does not establish an item-by-item unlock schedule, and this guide does not recommend surrendering possessions merely to pursue an unverified reward.

Separate eligibility from acquisition

Use this checklist before concluding that a locked item is broken:

  1. Open Shipments and select the intended item.
  2. Read whether the condition concerns settlement level or jail time.
  3. Compare that condition with your current base location or accumulated progress.
  4. Read the current purchase or acquisition prompt after meeting the condition.
  5. If the prompt still disagrees, retain a screenshot for support.

These are diagnostic steps, not a promise that every unlocked item is free or automatically delivered. For weapons, Lenny, city loot and the base Black Market laptop are separate acquisition paths described by the developer.

If the displayed requirement appears satisfied

Record the item name, its exact requirement, your server and the relevant progression screen. Include your UID when contacting official support: press Esc and use Copy UID beneath your character name on the right. Do not send an account password.

We have not independently tested a complete goods catalogue. Exact item thresholds, document drops and hidden prerequisites are outside the evidence available for this page. The useful comparison is between the current item prompt and your current progress, rather than an invented universal unlock table.
