Choose a ROB RUN home territory by checking whether you can rent there, which goods its level makes available, and how you will reach its trading hub. Kefir’s Global Map announcement also describes special structures that benefit nearby settlements. A higher-level label alone does not answer every base-location question.
This is a district-selection checklist, not an interactive map or a list of verified loot coordinates. The clan guide explains control and taxation; this page focuses on choosing and using a location.
Read the map hierarchy correctly
The developer describes one shared global map for player bases, divided into districts containing separate settlements. A settlement must have an owner before players can rent plots there. Finding an empty-looking area is therefore not enough to establish that you can claim it.
Start with the specific settlement and plot rather than assuming the whole district is one property purchase. Use the base-rental checklist to compare availability and current document requirements. Launch changes supersede older cash-based Tier 1 advice, so read the current plot sign before building a relocation plan around an old price.
Check what territory level changes
District level affects available features and the selection of goods. The Base Management announcement similarly ties criminal contacts and purchasable goods to home-territory level. That makes your residence relevant to access, beyond the visible location of the building.
For a specific locked item, check its actual Shipments requirement with the item-unlock workflow. Do not assume that entering a higher-level district temporarily gives your existing base the same status. The source explains location-based access; it does not provide a universal table of every level and item.
Inspect nearby special structures
Global Map describes structures that can give surrounding settlements defensive benefits, business bonuses or discounts. Some settlements can be close to more than one such structure. This is a reason to inspect the surroundings of a candidate home, rather than comparing only empty plots.
Our recommendation is to compare benefits that support your current activity. Someone focused on production and someone regularly hauling goods may value different access and travel arrangements. No named structure, effect radius or percentage bonus is asserted here because the announcement does not establish those details.
Locate the desert selling hub
The same announcement describes a central hub in each district where residents can sell stolen loot, with potentially better prices than Looty Bay. It also warns that popular trading spots attract danger. A better displayed offer should be weighed against whether you can complete the trip with the proceeds.
Before settling, identify your intended selling destination and route in the current game. That route check is editorial advice, not a claim of a safe corridor. For the normal fence and cash-collection sequence, use the money guide; for a physical load, use the cargo guide.

Compare risk before committing to the plot
The desert is described as a lawless area where other players can attack, and a base is not complete protection. Do not apply the Civilian city death rule to desert travel. Review the role and location loss comparison before carrying equipment or collected income you cannot replace.
A practical comparison sheet is: eligible plot, useful access level, nearby benefits, selling destination and travel exposure. If moving an existing base, the developer describes relocation with its contents, but does not document an exact interaction, fee or transfer checklist in these sources. Check the live interface rather than assuming a map marker alone completes a move.
